Raumati Shopping Village is intended to be a renovation and extension of the existing shops to cater for a mix of retailers, boutique shops and offices.
Part of the brief is to maintain the current architecture and community atmosphere, but improve access and circulation from both Raumati Road and Margaret Road.
It will comprise of shops at the ground and first floor and apartment units on the second level with feature balconies and verandas around the buildings.
