A commercial development incorporating retail, manufacturing and recreational facilities.
The client requested maximum utilisation of the site, with a striking visual appearance, yet economical to construct and maintain. Careful planning of the site was done to realise maximum floor space whilst accommodating required care parking and landscaping.
A simple use of Trespa cladding with rebated shop fronts created a strong aesthetic.
