While AD Architecture Limited is Kapiti Coast based this does not limit us to only working in our local area. Over the years we have undertaken projects all over the Wellington, Wairarapa, Horowhenua, Manawatu regions. In fact we have also worked as far a field as Auckland (far North), Christchurch, Australia and Norfolk Island.
Over the years a number of our home designs and commercial designs have proven to be award winning through the Architectural Designers of NZ and Master builders Home of the Year award programs [view awards].

Along with creativity and inspiration, good architectural design requires many years of training, experience and constant CPD (continuing professional development). At AD Architecture Limited we have gathered together a group of professionals that can offer you these attributes.
Our team of Architectural Designers, a registered Architect and supporting staff are constantly up skilling, looking at new home design treads and staying current within an ever changing industry. Our architectural designers have recently become accredited Homestar Practitioners and are looking to become Homestar Assessors in the near future.

AD Architecture believes that sustainable, green or eco architecture is steadily becoming more than just something that clients give lip service to. It is becoming an achievable and affordable option for people.
